Polyisocyanates field of application

“Himtrust” company’s isocyanate components are quite broad in scope and field of application. Thus, in combination with polyatomic alcohols, polyisocyanates can be used for the production of polyurethanes. Nevertheless, the main purpose of isocyanate components is manufacturing of rigid foam.

Low-boiling substances such as freon (a mixture of ethane and methane) or pentane are often used to create polymer foaming. The finished product of polyurethane foam is characterized by high thermal insulation properties, which makes this material an excellent solution for the usage in the construction field (large-sized structures of three layers and more; panels that perform a decorative function; insulation produced by spraying; foam), in the manufacture of refrigerator, heat and waterproofing pipes and etc.

The proposed isocyanate components also can be used in the manufacturing of materials with high adhesive capacity for construction purposes (adhesives, sealing materials, putties, etc.).
