Himtrust’s Dealer Policy

In 2017 Himtrust introduced a new dealer policy which determines the level of cooperation between the dealer and Himtrust.

The main dealer policy principles are:

  • Dealer can purchase and promote any of Himtrust’s products.
  • Bigger amount of purchased goods gives the dealer a better discount and more privileges.
  • Discounts mentioned in the dealer policy are only applied to spray components and polyurea.

Himtrust has three dealers’ levels:

  1. Platinum
  2. Gold
  3. Silver

All of the dealers who worked with Himtrust in 2016 and renewed the dealership agreement in 2017, automatically obtain status of a Platinum dealer, which will be valid until December 31, 2017. In accordance with the results of 2017, current dealers will be assigned a new status on the conditions described below:

Platinum dealer

  1. A discount of 20 rubles is given for the A component in the sample of any volume of 100% prepayment
  2. t the Himtrust’s discretion, it is possible to establish a credit limit and installment payment of 500,000 rubles for a period of 30 calendar days, including a discount of 18 rubles discount for the component A.
  3. The dealer only works with Himtrust’s systems. If the dealer sells and promotes systems of other manufacturers on their informational resources (website, social network), then the dealer loses his Platinum status and receives Golden status.
  4. In all of the dealer’s informational resources such as social networks and main website, it should be said that the dealer is only Himtrust’s dealer. The written information which should be placed is given by the Himtrust itself. If the dealer does not have a website or social networks, then he cannot hold the Platinum status and work as a Silver dealer.
  5. In order to obtain and maintain Platinum status, the dealer must continuously work with Himtrust for one full calendar year, from 1st of January to 31st of December, buying not less than 90 tons of products from any of Himtrust’s warehouses.

Golden Dealer

A discount of 17 rubles is given for the A component in the sample of any volume of 100% prepayment

At the Himtrust’s discretion, it is possible to establish a credit limit and installment payment of 250,000 rubles for a period of 30 calendar days, including a discount 15 rubles discount for the component A.

In all of the dealer’s informational resources such as social networks and main website, it should be said that the dealer is only Himtrust’s dealer. The written information which should be placed is given by the Himtrust itself. If the dealer does not have a website or social networks, then he cannot hold the Golden status and work as a Silver dealer.

In order to obtain and maintain Golden status, the dealer must continuously work with Himtrust for one full calendar year, from 1st of January to 31st of December, buying not less than 50 tons of products from any Himtrust’s warehouses.

Silver Dealer

A discount of 15 rubles is given for the A component in the sample of any volume of 100% prepayment

There is not credit and installment

Work could be done with any PU foam manufacturer

In order to obtain and maintain Silver status, the dealer must continuously work with Himtrust for one full calendar year, from 1st of January to 31st of December, buying not less than 30 tons of products from any Himtrust’s warehouses.

How to become our dealer

  • Become Himtrust’s retail customer and purchase not less than 20 tons of our production at retail prices in one calendar year.
  • Check out our dealer policies and agreement
  • Fill in the dealer application on our website

We will review your request and contact you within two days.

After meeting the above requirements, the dealer starts at the Silver status. Up to 50 tons, the dealer works on the privileges of the Silver status. 51 and above tones, the dealer receives Golden status and privileges. Platinum Dealer status can be obtained from the purchase of 91 tons of products and above.
