Add 10-20% of Himtrust LapS 48-40 to the total mass instead of the basic plain polyester. The composition of other ingredients in the recipe does not change.
Polymer-polyols belong to the 4th hazard class (low-hazard substances). During the processing of polymer-polyols, no harmful substances are released. When working with polymer-polyols, use PPE (workwear, safety goggles, cotton gloves) to avoid getting the product on the skin. If the polymer-polyol gets on the skin, it should be washed off with warm water and soap.
The polymer-polyol LapS 48-40 should be stored in the covered storage areas of the "consignee" and "shipper" at a temperature from -60°C to +50°C. It is allowed to store the product under a canopy, protected from the effects of precipitation, pollutants and mechanical damage. The warranty period of storage of polymer-polyol LapS 48-40 is one year from the date of manufacture.
