Product Description

Himtrust AC-10/SM — is an anti-adhesive composition made from wax, paraffins, and silicones in organic solvents.

Hygienic Characteristics

When Himtrust AC-10/SM adhesive grease comes into contact with the skin, it may cause irritation, dryness, and flaking. If it comes into contact with the eyes, it can lead to irritation, redness, and tearing. Inhalation may irritate the mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract.

Preparation for Work

Before starting work:

  • Ensure that the temperature of the lubricant is between +15°C and +25°C.
  • Stir the lubricant for 30 minutes using a paddle mixer at a speed of 500-1000 rpm.

Safety Measures

Himtrust AC-10/SM lubricant is a flammable liquid. There should be no sources of fire or sparks in the working area. The workspace should be equipped with exhaust ventilation and fire extinguishing equipment. Use personal protective equipment: special clothing, gloves, footwear, and protective goggles.

If Himtrust AC-10/SM lubricant comes into contact with exposed skin areas, it should be removed with a cloth and washed with warm soapy water. In case of skin reactions, seek medical attention. If it comes into contact with the eyes, rinse them immediately with a large amount of running water for 5-10 minutes, then seek medical attention.

Rules for Processing/Application

Before starting the work:

  • Clean the mold from traces of previous fills: residues of stuck polyurethane, oil, previous lubricants, etc. Degrease with a solvent.
  • Heat the mold to a temperature of 25°C.
  • Apply the anti-adhesive lubricant with a brush or roller.
  • Wait for the solvent to evaporate, then apply a second layer.
  • Pour the component mixture into the mold.
  • Keep the product in the mold for the required time.
  • Remove the finished product, degrease, and polish if necessary.

Transportation and Storage Conditions

The components of the PU system are transported by all means of transport in closed vehicles, following the rules for transporting goods applicable to each mode of transport, ensuring the integrity of the packaging and its secure fixation to prevent damage and leakage.

Store the components in closed warehouses in their original sealed packaging in conditions that prevent moisture ingress.

Storage temperature: from −60°C to +30°C.

Shelf life when recommended conditions are met: 12 months.

During storage, the viscosity of the lubricant may increase. Dilution of the lubricant with Neftas solvent is allowed, but not more than 5% of the remaining volume.

After the expiration of the shelf life, the anti-adhesive lubricant should be checked for compliance with technical characteristics and, if suitability is confirmed, it can also be used as intended.
